The Nineteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution became law on August 26, 1920. Eighty Eight years later we had a woman run for the office of the presidency of the United States and she came close to wining. Hillary Clinton, today, delivered a powerful speech in support of Barrack Obama and as such could end up helping Obama become the next president of the United States. Below are some pictures of a small rally in Sacramento in support of the Nineteenth Amendment which became law, and finally made it where women could vote in the Presidential election of that year. Casi 88 años despues, por primera vez, tuvimos una mujer que tomo parte en casi ser elegida la primer mujer presidente. Hoy, Hillary Clinton, dio un discurso potente y quizas esto podra levantar a Barrack Obama ser nuestro siguiente presidente. Quizas.
