210 - Monkey Mono

So, the other night Gabe, Mariana, Brendon, and I were sitting on the back yard deck. From somewhere we heard some screeching noises, Gabe and I almost simultaneously said "it sounds like a monkey". We kept talking and reminiscing about other places that we had lived at. As we talked we heard something run across the awning of the deck and we laughed and said there goes the monkey (it sounded like it at least).
Today after work I heard the screeching noises again and dogs from our neighbors started barking. I went to the back yard and saw what had been making the noises. Above you can see the pictures of the "monkey".

La otra noche Gabriel, Mariana, Brendon, y yo estábamos hablando atraz de la casa bajo la terraza cubierta. Por alguna parte oimos unos chillidos, Gabriel y yo casi al mismo tiempo dicimos "se oye como un mono". Siguimos hablando y rememoramos acerca de otras partes donde hemos vivido. Siguiendo hablando oimos algo cruzando el techo de la terraza y nos reimos otra vez diciendo hay va el mono (a nosotros si parecia).
Hoy, al regrezar a casa después del trabajo oí los chillidos otra vez y los perros de los vecinos empezaron a ladrar. Fuí al patio trasero y ví a la criatura que habia hecho los ruidos que sonaban como un mono. Arriba puede ver las fotos del "mono".
