337 Mother's Day

Today was Mother's Day and as such I went out to take a picture of a flower for my mom. She passed away last year and my heart was so sad when I woke up today. I went to Woodland to say hi to a friend and decided to stop by the Capitol grounds to find some flowers to take pictures of.
I took a lot of pictures of flowers. I also passed by a wedding. Saw a family of turtles, I also took pictures of some squirrels and the frog above. I thought of Katie and took the picture of the frog.
There was also a celebration of Israel's 60 birthday and across the street a Palestinian protest also took place.

I took over 100 pictures and I'm guessing it's time to find a place to post some of these. That will be my project for sometime in the next month or so.
To end today, I offer my prayer tonight to my Lord above; Please watch over my mother and tell her thanks for her love, thanks for her devotion, thanks for life. Mom, I miss you so much, I miss your calls, I miss your letters, I miss you with all my heart.
